In Atlantic City, Sally is a waitress in a casino dreaming of being a croupier. She hosts her husband Dave and her sister Chrissie with whom he actually lives. Dave has come to sell cocaine. Few days after his arrival, he meets a gangster, Lou, who's also Sally's neighbor. They associate to resell the drug.
