The Venice Film Festival, which came to a close on 12 September, honoured the new Gaumont production A Good Little Soldier by Stéphane Brizé with the Best Screenplay Award.
The award went to the director and his two co-writers: Coralie Amédéo and Olivier Gorce.
This new exploration of the world of work by the director of The Measure of a Man and At War impressed the jury of the 83rd edition of the Italian festival.
