Gaumont's teams

After his studies at Dauphine, Sami Tritar began his professional career in 1992 as an auditor at EY in Paris and then internationally with the Schlumberger Group.
In 2002, he joined the TUI Group, where he served as CFO of Corsair, a subsidiary of Nouvelles Frontières. He contributed to the creation of TUI France in 2012, an entity grouping together all of the company’s operations and brands within France, of which he was the financial director.
Since 2018, he has been in charge of the administrative and financial management of Gaumont.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Anne-Sophie worked for six years in a private equity fund as an investor, before joining Gaumont in 2015 as Head of Financing. She currently holds the position of Group Finance and Management Control Director in the Finance Department.

Anne Vannerot graduated with a Master's degree in Employment Law. In 2008, after 4 years with the Employment Unit of the Paris Court of Appeal, she joined Viparis as a Project Manager, and subsequently as HR Manager, during the merger of the Congress and Exhibition operations of the CCI Paris with those of Unibail-Rodamco.

At the beginning of 2012, she joined Gaumont, first as Manager and then Director of the HR Department, which involves managing the human resources and general services functions within the company.

After studying cinema at the Sorbonne, Carole Dourlent joined Gaumont in 2006, with the Communication Department.

Starting out as a communications officer, she then moved into press relations, as a manager, and was in charge of the press strategy for theatrical and video releases of films such as The Intouchables (Intouchables), Me, Myself and Mum (Les Garçons et Guillaume à table), and OSS 117.

In 2018, she was appointed Director of Public Relations, managing both corporate and production-related events, as well as festivals.

She was named Director of Communications in 2020 and now coordinates Gaumont’s communications strategy, brand outreach, digital and graphic communications, as well as events and festivals, managing a team of five employees.

After starting his career with the production company ICE 3, Quentin Becker joined Gaumont in 2008 as a Communications Assistant. In 2010, he moved to the Press Department where he worked on films such as The Intouchables (Intouchables) by Eric Toledano & Olivier Nakache and Mea Culpa by Fred Cavayé. With the opening of the company's television subsidiary, he expanded his operations to include TV drama and collaborated on the launches of Narcos and Lupin for Netflix and The Art of Crime (L'Art du crime) for France 2.

In 2020, Quentin was appointed Director of Press and Promotion France & International.

Having just graduated from Audencia Business School, Gautier Chaussat joined Gaumont in 2017 as Communications Officer. He was responsible for event operations and corporate communication. He was also involved in promoting and sharing our heritage, participating in the design and organization of "Gaumont, since cinema began: 120 years of cinema" with 27 exhibitions around the world (Cuba, Mexico, Japan, Canada, etc.). In 2022, he was appointed Brand Director. In this role, working alongside the Director of Communications and the international offices (in the USA, the UK, Germany and Italy), he is responsible for the brand image of our films, and oversees their development in line with company strategy.

After studying Law and Political Science and as well as Art History, Jérôme Soulet began his career as a journalist specializing in electoral analysis and opinion polls. 
In 1998, he joined France Télécom to develop new services and was particularly involved in the 2003 launch of on-demand television and video for their fixed and mobile broadband networks. He continued his work with the Content Division of the company, which is now Orange, alongside Patricia Langrand and Hervé Payan.
In 2007, he joined Gaumont to take charge of New Media. He also managed Gaumont Vidéo's French business units and television sales in France. Since 2019, Jérôme has been in charge of the Catalog department, which is responsible for marketing and managing Gaumont's audiovisual and cinematographic works in France and abroad.

After beginning his career at Paramount Home Media Distribution where he successively held the positions of Marketing Coordinator then Sales Administrator and worked on the video distribution of the Paramount, TF1 Video and Gaumont Video catalogs, Maxime Gruman returned to Gaumont in 2016 as Head of Video & VOD Trade Marketing. He became Video & VOD Manager in 2018 and then Video & VOD Director in 2020. Within this role, he manages a team of six people and ensures the distribution of works from the Gaumont catalog (1,300 titles) on video (DVD/Blu-ray) and on digital platforms (TVOD/SVOD/AVOD) at a rate of about ten recently released films and more than fifty heritage films per year. In 2022, Maxime launched the subscription VOD platform Gaumont Classique, dedicated to French black & white cinema, which he currently manages and develops.

Cécilia Rossignol has been appointed the role of EVP, International TV Sales, Scripted at Gaumont’s Paris office. Rossignol joined Gaumont in 2017 as the Vice President of International TV Scripted Sales. Rossignol, who previously worked at Newen, 100% Distribution, and most recently FranceTV Distribution, is responsible for selling and pre-selling Gaumont’s U.S. and French television programming within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) territories, as well as solidifying partnerships for European co-productions.

After starting her career at Antenne 2 with Ève Ruggieri and then Marie-France Brière, Ariane Toscan du Plantier joined Lazennec productions as head of distribution where she worked on Mathieu Kassovitz's Hate (La Haine) and Eric Rochant's The Patriots (Les Patriotes), to name but a few.
In 1995, she left Lazennec for Gaumont to manage international promotion. She was appointed Head of Communications and Heritage in 2013, coordinating all communication related to Gaumont's operations in France and around the world (films, fiction series, animation series, etc.). She also managed Gaumont's brand image through French and international festivals and initiatives to promote its heritage by screening films from the Gaumont catalog as well as developing and distributing titles from the Gaumont Private Collection.  Since December 2019, she has been in charge of the French and International Cinema Distribution Division. 
 

After completing a Law & Administration Specialized Graduate Diploma in Audiovisual Communication at the University of Paris I, Marine Forde began her career in 1996 with TF1 International (which later became TF1 Studio) in Business Affairs. She then went on to work in production, first as Legal Director of Xilam Animation in 2000 and then of Mandarin Cinéma in 2006.
She joined Gaumont in 2008 as Legal Director. She was later appointed Director of Film Production in January 2020 as part of the new organization of Gaumont in France. In this role, she is responsible for developing French film productions in-house. Gaumont produces and co-produces an average of ten feature films per year for theaters and more recently for streaming platforms. 

Alexis Cassanet began his career in 2010 as an international salesman at SND, the distribution subsidiary of Groupe M6.

As part of the company, Alexis was involved in the international rollout of acclaimed films such as Yves Saint Laurent, The Bélier Family (La Famille Bélier) and What Happened to Monday (Seven Sisters).

He joined Gaumont in 2016 as Co-director of International Distribution where he was involved in major French works such as C’est La Vie (Le Sens de La Fête), Leap! (Ballerina), Bye Bye Morons (Adieu les Cons) and Lost Illusions (Illusions Perdues) among others.

Since 2020, he has been in charge of the distribution and international sales of Gaumont films, including the management of remake rights and international co-productions.

After working in various studios (Studiocanal, SND and Umedia) and assisting producer Pierre-Ange Le Pogam in his production company Stone Angels, Rémi Cervoni joined Gaumont in 2015.

He initially worked as a Project Development Manager on films such as The Mansion (Le Manoir), Rolling to You (Tout Le Monde Debout) and Simply Black (Tout Simplement Noir), and later as an Associate Producer for Neneh Superstar and Yo Mama.

Guillaume Colboc began his career with Mathieu Kassovitz, accompanying him in the development of his projects (Gothika and Babylon AD) until he became the director of his company where he co-produced Rebellion (L’Ordre et la Morale) with Nord-Ouest Films.

He left cinema for a few years to produce commercials before making his return in 2018, producing Daniel Roby's Just a Breath Away (Dans La Brume).

Since 2019, Guillaume has been an associate producer at Gaumont's production division where he has produced, among other projects, Olivier Baroux's Compulsive Liar (Menteur), Olivier Marchal's Overdose, Clément Michel's Noël Joyeux, Mélanie Laurent's Wingwomen.

After graduating from EDHEC, Adeline Falampin began her career at UGC as an assistant to the producer and director of international sales, Saïd Ben Saïd.

Over 8 years, she worked in production and international marketing on films by Claude Miller, André Techiné and JP Jeunet, and she developed a passion for foreign distribution.

Adeline then joined the TF1 International sales team for TF1/UGC films and catalogs, and series.

She was welcomed to Gaumont in 2012, during the release of The Intouchables (Intouchables), as Co-Head and then Head of International Sales in 2016, overseeing the international sales and marketing of successful films ranging from animations like Leap! (Ballerina) to works by Nicolas Winding Refn, the legendary Nakache-Toledano duo, Fred Cavayé, Mathieu Amalric and many more.

With a legal background, Anne-Sophie joined the international sales team in 2016 after 4 years of working in Gaumont's legal department. She is in charge of Asia, Eastern Europe and Northern Europe. She has been able to export numerous works such as C'est La Vie (Le sens de la fête), Rolling to You (Tout le monde debout), See You Up There (Au revoir là haut), Lost Illusions (Les illusions perdues) and many more.

From Black Swan to Lost Illusions (Les illusions perdues), C'est La Vie (Le sens de la fête) and Wolverine,Benoît Mély's career has been driven by a passion for cinema.

After a post-graduate degree in Law and Audiovisual Management, and experience working with the communication and marketing departments of Arte, TF1 International, and the Army Cinema, he discovered distribution in 2001 at Bac Films, where he worked as project manager during the release of The Pianist, The Son's Room (La Chambre du Fils) and The Heart of Me (Cœur des hommes).

He joined Twentieth Century Fox in 2005 (Walk the Line, Night at the Museum 2, Borat, etc.). From 2009 to 2015, he was the director at Fox Searchlight France and promoted some of the best of recent American independent films (The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Descendants and Birdman).

Since 2016, he has been Creative Director of Gaumont films, developing creative strategies for features such as Bye Bye Morons (Adieu les cons), Aline, The Crime is Mine (Mon crime) and Patients.

Marc Vade began his career on the sets of feature films and television series, starting as a Stage Manager, before becoming a Production Manager and later Executive Producer. He has worked on more than 40 films, including titles such as La Vie en Rose (La Môme), The Round Up (La Rafle) and The Connection (La French).

Gaumont decided to develop its in-house productions and in January he joined the company's Film Production Division as Executive Producer. He has been involved in the production of numerous films for theaters and/or streaming platforms, including Simply Black (Tout Simplement Noir), Bronx, Rolling to You (Tout le Monde Debout), The Colors of Fire (Couleurs de l'incendie) and Overdose.

Marion Walsh began her career in the marketing department of Twentieth Century Fox as a non-media promotion manager for the French market. She has worked on major animation franchises for Blue Sky Studios (Ice Age, Rio, etc.), LucasFilms Ltd. and on features for the independent label Fox Searchlight (Black Swan).

She joined Gaumont in 2012 as Head of Media and Non-Media Cinema. In 2014, she became Cinema, Video and Digital Project Manager and worked on successful projects such as C'est La Vie (Le Sens de la Fête) and See You Up There (Au Revoir Là Haut). After contributing to more than 100 film releases at the French studio, Marion Walsh was appointed Marketing Director at Gaumont Distribution in October 2019. Today, she and her team determine the strategies for the release of films on the big screen and oversee the development of all creative elements and campaigns in media, non-media, social media, theaters and eRP. She has developed marketing strategies for films such as The Specials (Hors Normes), Bye Bye Morons (Adieu les cons), Simply Black (Tout Simplement Noir) and Lost Illusions (Illusions Perdues).

Titulaire d’un D.E.S.S. en Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle et Nouvelles Technologies (Paris XI-Sceaux), Franck Weber entame son parcours professionnel auprès d’Agnès Varda (Cine-Tamaris) dont il est le chargé de production de 1995 à 2000, s’occupant tout autant de production, de distribution, que de patrimoine et de restauration...des films d’Agnès, mais également de Jacques Demy.

En 2000, il entre à Canal+, où il exercera successivement les postes de rédacteur en chef web Cinéma (canal plus.fr et AlloCiné), chargé des acquisitions (Canal International Acquisitions), responsable éditorial Cinéma de la chaîne Canal+.

Et en 2007, il devient le directeur des Acquisitions Cinéma Français de Canal+, poste qu’il exercera jusqu’en 2015.

C’est en mai 2015 que Franck Weber intègre Gaumont, au sein de laquelle il exerce, depuis cette date, la fonction de Directeur du Développement Cinéma.

Isabelle Degeorges graduated from the French university “La Sorbonne” in Paris. She has begun her career as a producer at Images et Compagnie in 2001 (Lagardere Group) where she produced TV Movies and series for ten years. She joined Gaumont in 2011 to work with Sidonie Dumas and Christophe Riandee and contribute to the creation of the French Television division. 
President of Gaumont Television France since 2013, she is specialized in producing local stories with global appeal. She surrounded herself with a strong team and oversees the development and the production of every series and documentaries. She recently produced : “Lupin” (10x45 - Netflix), “The Art of Crime” (6 seasons - France Televisions 2016-2022), “Off Season” (6x52 France Television), “Totems” (8x52 - Amazon Prime), “What Pauline is not telling you” (4x52 - France Television), “Nona and her Daughters” (9x30 - Arte), “Lords of Scam” (Documentary - Netflix

Alexis Barqueiro graduated from HEC Business School in 2012. He worked for Ubisoft Motion Pictures and for the Films des Tournelles. In 2015, Alexis started working for Gaumont Television as Manager of Creative Affairs on European Productions and then became Producer in 2019.

Arnaud de Crémiers joined Gaumont in late 2014 as a TV producer. In particular, he is currently producing THE ART OF CRIME, a multi episodes crime series taking place in the world of art. In 2018, he won the Prix du Producteur Junior de Télévision (Etoiles de L’Audiovisuel). Prior to joining Gaumont, he was Literary Director at Scarlett Production for four years.

After studying law at Complutense and the Sorbonne (2005) and Sciences Po Paris (2008), Joachim de Vasselot joined La Parisienne d'Images (Gilles Galud) where he stayed for four years as literary director on shows for Canal+ and La Fabrique (Bruno Gaccio). He then worked with Jean-Pierre Guérin for two years on a feature film, before joining Léonis (Endemol group/Jean-Benoît Gillig) in 2014. In 2017, he moved to France 2 as a program advisor where he was in charge of series such as Call My Agent! (Dix pour cent), The Little Murders of Agathe Christie (Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie), The Lie (Le Mensonge), Vortex and more. In 2021 he joined Gaumont as a TV producer and produced The Art of Crime (L'Art du Crime, from season 6) and the series, Pamela Rose, for Canal+.

After ten years as a film journalist, mainly for Canal+ and France Télévisions, Michael Gabrion turned to the literary development of films and series. He completed numerous assignments as a Reader and Development Officer, before joining Scarlett Production in 2018 as Literary Director. In 2021, he joined Gaumont Television, where after one year he became Director of Development. Today, he manages a team of four people with the objective of finding and developing new projects, while accompanying the writing of ongoing series.

After an initial stint as a freelance production manager, which allowed him to explore all television series formats and a large number of French and foreign broadcasters, and to develop a taste for storytelling, François Perillat joined Gaumont Television in December 2020 with the belief that great stories should be shared with as many people as possible. This vision and passion are part of his daily work as Head of Production.

Responsible for development at F Comme Film (Jean-Louis Livi) for eight years, Clémentine Vaudaux worked on a number of feature films by Alain Resnais, Noémie Lvovsky and Philippe Le Gay, before going on to develop TV dramas within the organization. In 2014, she left F Comme Film to join Scarlett Production as a Literary Director with Joey Faré. Her most notable work was in developing the drama, Don’t Leave Me (Ne M'abandonne Pas — which was directed by Xavier Durringer for France 2), supervising the latest season of Kabul Kitchen (Canal+), and launching the mini-series Proud (Fiertés) directed by Philippe Faucon for Arte. In 2017, she became a producer with Christophe Carmona at Carma Films (JLA Group), where she worked on ten episodes of the series Alexandra Ehle, created by Elsa Marpeau for France 3. Clémentine joined Gaumont TV in September 2022.

Terry Kalagian was promoted to EVP, Creative Content, Gaumont U.S. in July of 2020.

Terry is a multifaceted entertainment executive with almost 20 years experience across various disciplines of the entertainment industry including IP development strategy, creative and business development, content sourcing, acquisitions and co-productions.

She has assisted both U.S. and international entertainment organizations drive new business and develop, acquire, and produce new properties for both children and family audiences. She is proud to have worked with such respected companies as Mattel, Marvel, Cartoon Network, Polygon Pictures, ADK (Asatsu-DK), Rainmaker Entertainment, and Blink Studios to name a few.

In early 2000, having completed a Master's degree in Cell Biology and Physiology, Sébastien Rossi decided to do a 180 and become a 3D graphic designer. Thanks to his studies, he had acquired some technical skills, and soon turned to 3D FX and scripting. In 2009, he became FX supervisor and worked on feature films and animation series for some of the leading French animation companies (Illumination Mc Guff, Mikros Animation, Duran Duboi, etc.). He took on the role of CG supervisor for the Arcane series at Fortiche Production in 2017, a position he held throughout season 1. At the end of 2021, he decided to join Gaumont as Head of CG.

With over twenty years’ experience in International Distribution, Coproduction and Licensing, including stints at Mediatoon and Alphanim Paris, Julie created award winning indie distributor awol animation in 2004, counting over 170 international clients from traditional/new media/publishing/licensing and merchandising sectors.

Significant representations included Emmy award winning Little Airplane Productions NYC, The Jim Henson Company, Supamonks France, along with Belfast based BAFTA award winning Enter Yes.

With her consulting shingle Serendipity Animation, Julie consulted and developed for a wide range of clients including Bologna Childrens’ Book Fair award winning artists, Chinese artists, Japanese and Scandinavian studios, as well as for successful YouTubers wishing to crossover to traditional media.

Julie is a regularly invited speaker/jury member at industry events including Kidscreen Summit, Cartoon Connection, Cartoon Finance, Annecy Animation Festival pre-selection jury, the CNC Innovation Fund. She has provided industry training courses in Korea, Mauritius, for Creative Europe Media, Animation Skillnet Dublin and Northern Ireland Screen.

Nicolas Atlan, former President of Gaumont Animation was promoted to President Gaumont, U.S. in July of 2020. In his elevated role, Atlan added the oversight of the U.S. and Latin American drama divisions to his remit as well as operational control of Gaumont U.S. across all divisions within the organization: creative, production, business affairs, finance, and marketing. Prior to joining Gaumont in 2016, he served as co-CEO & Executive Chairman for MoonScoop in both the French and U.S. divisions as well as Splash Ent. (rebranded from MoonScoop). As President of Kabillion, Nicolas is credited with the success of the VOD platform for kids which reaches more than 52 million households in the U.S.
Nicolas’ many credits include executive producer of the highly successful series Code Lyoko, Fantastic 4, Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch, Casper Scare School, Kulipari: An Army of Frogs. Recent credits the award-winning series, Stillwater, Samurai Rabbit, The Usagi Chronicles, Do, Re & Mi, Narcos , El Presidente, and the feature film, Norm of the North, currently sold in to more than 70 territories internationally.

Holly Brown, producer and executive specializes in working with writers, filmmakers and talent to tell commercial, character-driven stories for television, film and digital platforms. As VP, Creative Affairs at Gaumont, she is responsible for overseeing live-action scripted series and films. Prior to Gaumont, she was Johnny Galecki's producing partner at Alcide Bava Productions, overseeing his deal at Warner Brothers Television. As an independent producer, Holly produced Rob Siegel's film Cruise which was released on Hulu. Holly also worked as VP of Development at Jeremy Renner's production company The Combine, where she oversaw the development of their feature and television slate including Kill The Messenger directed by Michael Cuesta and starring Jeremy Renner for Focus Features. Holly executive produced The Founder with John Lee Hancock directing and starring Michael Keaton for the Weinstein Company and she co-executive produced The Throwaways for Crackle starring James Caan and Kevin Dillon. Holly also worked at Overbrook Entertainment across I Am Legend, Hancock, Seven Pounds, This Means War, The Secret Life of Bees and The Karate Kid.

Kimberly Dennison serves as the SVP Creative Executive, Animation and Family (Current).  Kimberly joined the Gaumont team in April of 2018 working across series and film projects. Prior to joining Gaumont, Kimberly was the Director of Development for Walt Disney TV Animation where she developed both original and Disney-branded properties. Over the course of her career, Kimberly has served as a network executive, and has developed, produced and voice directed a wide range of animated projects for studios and networks including Walt Disney, the Hub Network and Rainmaker Entertainment. She has been fortunate to work with content featuring beloved characters and brands such as Transformers, Littlest Pet Shop, Big Hero 6, Strawberry Shortcake and most recently, the multi-award winning preschool series, Stillwater, and the Netflix Original, Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles.

Antonin Dubouis is the CFO of Finance and Operations at Gaumont, U.S. He joined Gaumont’s finance department in the Paris headquarters in 2014, where he worked across the distribution of feature films and TV series prior to moving to the Los Angeles, office in 2017. Before joining Gaumont, Antonin worked in the finance department of the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce on analysis, valuation, and fiscal optimization regarding the group’s subsidiaries and real estate projects. He began his career at Lazard Frères within the mergers and acquisitions department where he worked on the merger between Veolia and Transdev, on transactions for Groupe Casino, and advising fossil and green energy companies. Antonin holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine, France.

Christian Gabela currently serves as SVP, Creative Executive,Head of Latin America and Spain at Gaumont where he spearheads the sourcing of international partnerships and original IP, as well as the development and production of current projects produced abroad, which includes El Presidente for Amazon Prime.

Prior to joining Gaumont, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Story House Entertainment, a premium content studio division within Univision. There, he oversaw the studio’s overarching strategy as well as the development, production, and distribution of its content, which includes the Netflix Originals El Chapo and Tijuana among others. Prior to this he held executive roles at Univision’s corporate headquarters in New York. Christian began his career at NBCUniversal’s Telemundo Network and Studios supporting their programming and original content production operations. 

Born and raised in Mexico City, and educated in both Mexico and the United States, Santiago brings a timely, multicultural perspective to the industry and is passionate about bridging the gap between U.S. and international audiences. After graduating from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Santiago moved to Los Angeles and began working as an executive assistant to the producers at Retrofit Films. Prior to joining Gaumont, he served as Manager, International Content at Stampede Ventures where his experience and passion were a perfect fit given their “We are Local for the World™” mandate. During his time at Stampede, under the leadership of Greg Silverman, he developed TV series for studio and streamers in over 15 different countries. In 2022, Santiago joined Gaumont Television as Senior Manager, with a focus on developing content for Latin America, Spain and US Latinx.

Michelle (Sully) is VP, Creative Executive heading U.S. development for Kids, Family and YA animation and live action projects. Sully is committed to bringing joyful, creative spark and energy to everything she does. Prior to Gaumont, Sully was an exec at Amazon Prime Video and has also worked for brands like National Geographic Kids and AOL, steering their digital and content teams launching new businesses including streaming video, interactive content, Webby award-winning website and apps. An innovative and energenic team leader, speaker and children's media expert who loves making cool things that kids love.

As VP, Creative Executive at Gaumont, Alexandria Zimbler Smith oversees content development across all genres in scripted television; imagining, discovering and packaging premium series for streaming and premium cable networks. Alexandra is responsible for identifying new projects and co-productions for the U.S. and international markets.

Growing up in Russia and England, Alexandra developed a passion for storytelling and performance arts through her involvement in competitive figure skating. By performing with the Russian Ballet on Ice and competing on the British Olympic Development Team, she learned to tell stories using music and movement. Moving to the U.S., she studied Visual Arts at Harvard University and the Prague Film School before setting her sights on Hollywood. Alexandra began her professional career at Creative Artists Agency and Jerry Bruckheimer TV. Prior to Gaumont, she served as Head of Development at MAS Production, where she developed a number of film and television series.

Alison Jackson is a British television producer and President of Gaumont UK, the British division of the world's oldest film company and leading international production company.
Under the Gaumont UK banner, Alison most recently executive produced Obsession for Netflix - a coproduction with Moonage, Under Her Skin, for Channel Five and movie Locked In for Netflix.
Previously she Exec Produced the third season of hit Tim Roth drama Tin Star, a co-production with Kudos for Sky Atlantic.  While at Kudos her credits included Hunted, Ashes to Ashes, Nearly Famous, Eternal Law among others.
Since joining Gaumont, she has projects in production and development with all major commissioners and is currently working with talent including Rowan Joffe, Aimee Lou Wood, David Yates, Miriam Battye and Nathaniel Price.

Jess Connell is Executive Producer at Gaumont. She is Producer of Channel 5/Banijay series Under Her Skin filming in Malta. Previously, she was Story Producer for Sky Atlantic’s Tin Star where she was heavily involved in the storylining and production of both Season Two and Three. She also trained and worked as a Script Editor and Producer for BBC Scotland. She is a fan of confident and ambitious shows, both comedy and drama – the kind that keep you entertained and amused, while also provoking emotion.

Jamie Jackson is the Senior Development Executive, having joined Gaumont Ltd in 2019. Jamie works across a number of varied projects throughout the entire development slate. Before joining Gaumont, Jamie worked as a theatre director in venues across the UK. He has also worked in production on shows for BBC and Netflix.

Louisa joined Gaumont Ltd as Head Of Production in September 2022. With over 25 years of experience - Louisa brings a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and acclaim with her. Spanning a career that originally started in feature films Louisa has effortlessly crossed over to TV Drama. During the last 6 years, Louisa has worked as a Line Producer in the UK and abroad on critically acclaimed British dramas such as Informer, Baghdad Central, Belgravia, Burial, The Rising, and the second season of I Hate Suzie.

Hannah Roeg is a Head of Development at Gaumont Ltd, having joined in Spring 2021. She has previously worked at Talent/Literary agencies 42mp and Tavistock Wood and prior to that worked in Film Distribution, overseeing the release of over 60 films including Patterson and Toni Erdmann. She loves bold and exciting character-driven stories, shows that create conversation, and a really good thriller.

Chris Sutherland joined Gaumont in October 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s operations, strategic partnerships, and project financing.

Chris has 20 years’ production experience with a deep understanding of the global TV and entertainment industries. Prior to Gaumont, Chris was Commercial Investment Director at The Ingenious Group, where he led the TV division which backed dramas including White House Farm (ITV), Britannia (Sky), Beecham House (ITV), Black Summer (Netflix) and Marcella (ITV). Before that, he spent 5 years at Motion Content Group rising to become Head of Programmes and Production, overseeing the UK’s content investment strategy and production management across a portfolio of content including Love Island (ITV), The Circle (C4/Netflix) and Wild Things (Sky). Chris has also held senior production roles at Zodiak Media Group, the BBC and Fremantle.

Since July 1st, 2018 Sabine de Mardt is the President and Executive Producer of the newly founded Gaumont GmbH, a subsidiary of the French Gaumont S.A. Prior to joining Gaumont Sabine has been responsible for plenty TV and cinema productions since starting her career back in 1993. Several of those productions have been awarded with highly decorated media prizes such as “Grimme-Preis”, “Romy-Award“ or “Deutscher Comedypreis” under her former lead as Director Fiction and Film at Warner Bros ITVP GmbH and Managing Director of Cologne Film GmbH. She co-developed and co-produced the first German streaming-series “You are wanted” (Amazon). Sabine de Mardt has produced the streaming hit "Barbarians" for Netflix, the bestselling adaptation "9 Tage wach" for ProSieben, the miniseries "Westwall" and "Was zählt (AT)" for ZDF and the comedy series "Die Wespe" (SKY). The miniseries "Deutsches Haus" (Disney+) is currently being filmed. 

Andreas Bareiss, J.D. is head of Gaumont’s Berlin office. As EVP Business Affairs & Operations of Gaumont’s German branch, Andreas oversees all core business and legal matters from development to financing, production and distribution. Before joining Gaumont’s German senior management team, Andreas was partner of a renowned media law firm in Berlin, heading the firm’s German capital film department. Andreas is vice-president of the French-German Film Academy and regularly lectures media law, financing & management matters. He completed full curricula in both German and French law and then studied film production and distribution at the Filmakademie (Ludwigsburg), La Fémis (Paris) and the National Film & Television School (London). His juris doctor thesis was about European data protection and US civil procedure law.

Andreas Bareiss joined the Gaumont team as Executive Producer in July 2018, where he produced the Netflix series “Barbarians”, as well as the SKY Series “The Wasp” and the ZDF Series “Westwall”. Since 1994, Andreas has worked in various partnerships as producer and executive producer on more than 70 cinema and television films, winning many awards, including “Nowhere in Africa”, which won an Oscar in 2002. With the creation and production of the “Wandering Whores Saga”, Andreas achieved one of the greatest successes in the history of Sat.1 and German television in 2010 and 2012. Andreas was awarded the Bavarian and German Film Prize as well as the Bavarian and German Television Prize. In addition to his work as a producer, he is also a lecturer at the Bauhaus University in Weimar.

Barbara Paus is Head of Production Accouting & Salaries at Gaumont's German Headquarter in Cologne, where she has set up the project financial department since 2020. Before joining Gaumont, Barbara worked as production accountant at Warner Bros. International Television Deutschland GmbH, ITV Studios Germany GmbH, as well as head of production accounting for Network Movie Film- und Fernsehproduktion GmbH.

Rainer Marquass joined Gaumont in July 2018. As Head of Development he oversees all developments of Gaumont Germany. After finishing university in 2005, he started his career as a Junior Producer at Cologne Film, working shortly after as an Executive Producer at Eyeworks and Warner Bros., creating and producing in particular TV Series as “Frau Temme sucht das Glück” (ARD), “Lobbyistin” (ZDFneo) or “Beste Schwestern” (RTL). He has been nominated for the Grimme Award (“Diese Kaminskis”) and developed the first German streaming series for Amazon (“You are wanted”). Now at Gaumont, he developed and produced “The Barbarians” (Netflix) and “Westwall” (ZDF).

Quirin Schmidt studied philosophy, art history and classical archaeology in Munich, Bamberg and Helsinki. Aer teaching for several years, he moved to teamWorx TV & Film as a junior producer, then later to Bavaria Film. Aer further staons, among others in the television directorate of Bayerischer Rundfunk, he started in 2016 to help build up the in-house producons at Sky Deutschland. At Sky, he was responsible from the beginning for the development and producon of the series "Der Pass" for which he was awarded the Grimme Prize and the German Television Award. Besides that, he was responsible for the mystery series "Hausen" (directed by Thomas Stuber), the miniseries "Ich und die anderen" (directed by David Schalko) and the highly acclaimed dart comedy "Die Wespe" (directed by Hermine Huntgeburth, among others).

General Manager for Gaumont Italia, he has to his credit more than twenty years of experience within the television industry in the fields of production, business development and programming. 
Since 2022, he’s been leading the Italian branch of the Gaumont Group, the world's oldest film production company and creator, in the context of serial tv, of global hits such as Lupin, Narcos and The Barbarians.
He previously served as Head of International Co-productions for Lux Vide, where he contributed to the creation of Medici (Rai Fiction, Netflix, Telefonica, Altice/SFR, Beta Film), Diavoli (Sky Italia, Orange Studios, NBCUniversal), Leonardo (Rai Fiction, France Television, RTVE and Sony Picture Television). From 2007 to 2017, he led the programming of some linear and nonlinear channels of the Fox International Channels Italy group, and later of the Turner Broadcasting Italy group. 
He began his career in television as a producer and documentary author for both the Italian and foreign market.

Serena Lonigro is Gaumont Italia’s senior story editor. After graduating in Italian literature, she got a Master’s degree from Luiss University in cinematographic and tv production.

She’s worked as a story editor for successful primetime scripted tv series and films such as Time is up 1 and 2, There’s no place like home, The best years among many others. She joined the Gaumont Italia’s team in May 2022.
