A quarrel pits Potatoes King Hugo III against his neighbour the dragon who resides in the cavern near the castle. For Hugo III this dragon is a calamity and he won't hesitate to employ every knight possible to get rid of him. But Princess Melody happens to think that the dragon is adorable! Riri, the court jester, secretly in love with Melody, helped by his friends Juju and Merlin the Magician, quietly starts making plans to foil the attempts of all knights who dare answer the king's call.
