Margaret and Mickael, two American hoods, are supposed to steal the treasure of San Gennaro in Naples. Mickael dies, but Margaret decides to go ahead anyway with the help of two Neapolitan thugs. After a series mishaps, they pull the job off. However Margaret leaves her accomplices behind and hotfoots it back to the United States with the treasure. A hot pursuit ensues during which a cardinal gets his hands on the treasure.
