Nicolas is a forty-five year old actor, who spends his time performing in films, the theater, on radio, television, in vaudeville and commercials... He is always on the run between two make-up sessions and hesitating between two women. Nothing and nobody can discourage him. However he is slowly overcome by a feeling of loneliness. He tries to win back his two women; but an unexpected occurence upsets his plans.
