Marco, a priest, and Aldo, a hood, are twin brothers, who, unbeknown to each other, are together in Rio. Marco is on a mission to a slum while Aldo is in charge of putting a large quantity of drugs into circulation. The result is mayhem, chases and gags galore. The two brothers finally bump into each other in the height of the Carnival!
