Si c'était lui...

Valentin, a young man with a desperate sense of humor, has lost everything: his girlfriend, his job, and his apartment. He is squatting at his uncle's place in an upscale neighborhood. On the same floor live Hélène and her son Jérémy. Strong and independent, Hélène is a successful author who uses her books to denounce social inequality and prejudice. Between them, a cat that comes and goes, a son in search of a father, a sister in search of love, a uptight publisher, but also what is left unsaid, those differences that Hélène tends to denounce and which our two characters will bump up against, slowly growing closer and perhaps finding each other.
Between humor and tenderness, without compromise, a sharp and joyful romantic comedy.
