In Rome, two drug addicts have finished their treatment for drug abuse. Maria, a willful young woman, has decided to give up drugs for good whereas Paolo, who is older and more sceptical, does not have her will power. While they are vacationing together in Ceylan, he gets hooked on drugs again and so does she, for the sake of love. Once again they endure a nightmare. At the nadir of their journey through hell, Maria leaves Paolo who commits suicide.
