Mr. Albertini, the manager of a cheese dairy, is positive that his workers are out to ruin him. Convinced that his accountant Roberto is a dangerous agitator, Albertini tries to win the good graces of his employee by offering his daughter Sylvia's hand in marriage. Unfortunately, after the wedding, Roberto discovers Albertini's true motives and feels betrayed by the young woman. However, Sylvia is very much in love with Roberto and wins him over.
