In the Kingdom of Mongolia, a young officer called Roundghito saves Zemgali, a captive princess, from the lusty designs of the Great Kahn, and runs away with her. Shortly after, a French film crew notices Roundghito's handsome allure and hires him. Anna, the leading lady, falls in love with the young officer, sparking the backer's antagonism. The man is a banker called Morel who also happens to be the young woman's patron.
