Bouboule, a cheerful taxi driver, is crazy about the horses, to his wife's everlasting distress. He even owns a share of a racer called Titine. One day a young woman steals his cab to snatch her boyfriend. Bouboule is accused of being an accomplice to the kidnapping. Happily everything works out for the best and everyone meets at the Cannes racetrack to watch Titine win the day.
