Lieutenant Jackson is garrisoned at Gibraltar where he leads a riotous life. His lover, a Spanish dancer entices him into joining a secret organization. Just as he is stealing confidential documents, he is caught, accused of treason and sentenced. The lieutenant escapes and makes contact with the organization. But, actually the lieutenant has received orders from his superior officers to infiltrate the spy ring, and has fabricated his misadventures to do so. The exposure of the double agent sparks a pitched battle between soldiers and spies.
