Rudolph Strelitz, nicknamed "the jail house banker" runs an international network of criminals. The adventures take place at the Strelitz bank, a clinic and a remote castle where the brothers are taken care of. Nobody with "b.r.a.s." tattooed on his arm can ever escape the terrible Barrabas. In the end, the good guys tracking the evil banker get married and Barrabas's castle is blown sky high.
