Interpol learns that some terrorists have discovered a scientific protocol that turns people belonging to a very rare blood type, rhesus O, into robot-like assassins. Al Pereira, a secret agent with this blood type, is sent as a decoy to the Alicante region where the criminal organization is apparently headquartered.
