Two convicts suspected of having informed on a recently executed prisoner escape the penitentiary. They hide out in a remote cabin lost in the middle of a swamp, kill its owner, and hold its mistress hostage. The young woman is resolved to avenge the death of her lover and beguiles the men with her strange allure to pit them against each other. She succeeds in laying a deadly trap for both criminals.
