Olde Fogeye Inn looms up unexpectedly in the wild and imposing Pyrenean mountains. The establishment is run by innkeepers Martin (Christian Clavier) and Rose (Josiane Balasko), who make their deaf and dumb adopted son, Violet, murder solitary travellers for their valuables. They are excited to fulfill their crime series with a stagecoach full of guests lost in the mountains. However, the presence of a priest will disturb their sinister plans.
