The exuberant Keiko dreams of becoming a television weather presenter. When she gets the job as a temporary replacement, she ends the broadcast by lifting her skirt and revealing her underwear to the audience. She instantly becomes a celebrity. When the regular presenter returns, a ruthless feud breaks out between the two women. Keiko attracts other enemies and must fight to stay at the top.
