After studying Law and Political Science and as well as Art History, Jérôme Soulet began his career as a journalist specializing in electoral analysis and opinion polls.
In 1998, he joined France Télécom to develop new services and was particularly involved in the 2003 launch of on-demand television and video for their fixed and mobile broadband networks. He continued his work with the Content Division of the company, which is now Orange, alongside Patricia Langrand and Hervé Payan.
In 2007, he joined Gaumont to take charge of New Media. He also managed Gaumont Vidéo's French business units and television sales in France. Since 2019, Jérôme has been in charge of the Catalog department, which is responsible for marketing and managing Gaumont's audiovisual and cinematographic works in France and abroad.
