After completing a PhD in Literature at the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Media, Art and Creation at HEC Paris, Garance began her career as an international sales executive at Pathé, where she spent four years.

She took her first steps in fiction production in 2018 as a literary consultant at Shine Films (EndemolShine), working alongside Bénédicte Lesage. She then joined Haut et Court, where she spent five years as Literary Director, working closely with producer Caroline Benjo.

Giacomo Durzi is a highly experienced professional in the Italian audiovisual industry. He has worked as a screenwriter, director, and story editor/creative producer for major companies such as NBC Universal Italy and Fox Channels Italy. He has contributed to the development of productions for several prominent firms, including Mediavivere-Endemol, ITC Movie (now IBC Movie), StudioCanal, Red Bull Media Company, Ascent Film, Vivo Film, and IIF.

Aurélien Dauge trained in the Distribution track at La Fémis (class of 2009). After a career spanning various programming roles with independent distributors (Arp Sélection, Dulac Distribution) as well as American majors (Paramount Pictures France and Universal Pictures France), he joined Gaumont in 2022 as Deputy Sales Director, in charge of regional circuits. In 2024, he succeeded Thierry Laurentin as Sales Director, France.

Emanuele Ciaravolo is the Head of Finance at Gaumont Italia, a role he assumed in October 2024.

Terry Kalagian is an accomplished entertainment executive with over two decades of experience spanning creative development, IP strategy, acquisitions, and co-productions across the global entertainment landscape. In June 2023, she was promoted to President of Global Animation & Family at Gaumont, where she is based in Paris. Prior to this role, Terry served as EVP of Creative Content U.S., operating from Los Angeles. She started her journey with Gaumont in early 2016.

Chris Sutherland joined Gaumont in October 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s operations, strategic partnerships, and project financing.
