Jess Connell is Executive Producer at Gaumont. She is Producer of Channel 5/Banijay series Under Her Skin filming in Malta. Previously, she was Story Producer for Sky Atlantic’s Tin Star where she was heavily involved in the storylining and production of both Season Two and Three. She also trained and worked as a Script Editor and Producer for BBC Scotland. She is a fan of confident and ambitious shows, both comedy and drama – the kind that keep you entertained and amused, while also provoking emotion.

As VP, Creative Executive at Gaumont, Alexandria Zimbler Smith oversees content development across all genres in scripted television; imagining, discovering and packaging premium series for streaming and premium cable networks. Alexandra is responsible for identifying new projects and co-productions for the U.S. and international markets.

Michelle (Sully) is VP, Creative Executive heading U.S. development for Kids, Family and YA animation and live action projects. Sully is committed to bringing joyful, creative spark and energy to everything she does. Prior to Gaumont, Sully was an exec at Amazon Prime Video and has also worked for brands like National Geographic Kids and AOL, steering their digital and content teams launching new businesses including streaming video, interactive content, Webby award-winning website and apps.

Terry Kalagian was promoted to EVP, Creative Content, Gaumont U.S. in July of 2020.

Terry is a multifaceted entertainment executive with almost 20 years experience across various disciplines of the entertainment industry including IP development strategy, creative and business development, content sourcing, acquisitions and co-productions.

Born and raised in Mexico City, and educated in both Mexico and the United States, Santiago brings a timely, multicultural perspective to the industry and is passionate about bridging the gap between U.S. and international audiences. After graduating from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Santiago moved to Los Angeles and began working as an executive assistant to the producers at Retrofit Films.

Christian Gabela currently serves as SVP, Creative Executive,Head of Latin America and Spain at Gaumont where he spearheads the sourcing of international partnerships and original IP, as well as the development and production of current projects produced abroad, which includes El Presidente for Amazon Prime.

Responsible for development at F Comme Film (Jean-Louis Livi) for eight years, Clémentine Vaudaux worked on a number of feature films by Alain Resnais, Noémie Lvovsky and Philippe Le Gay, before going on to develop TV dramas within the organization. In 2014, she left F Comme Film to join Scarlett Production as a Literary Director with Joey Faré.

After an initial stint as a freelance production manager, which allowed him to explore all television series formats and a large number of French and foreign broadcasters, and to develop a taste for storytelling, François Perillat joined Gaumont Television in December 2020 with the belief that great stories should be shared with as many people as possible. This vision and passion are part of his daily work as Head of Production.

After ten years as a film journalist, mainly for Canal+ and France Télévisions, Michael Gabrion turned to the literary development of films and series. He completed numerous assignments as a Reader and Development Officer, before joining Scarlett Production in 2018 as Literary Director. In 2021, he joined Gaumont Television, where after one year he became Director of Development. Today, he manages a team of four people with the objective of finding and developing new projects, while accompanying the writing of ongoing series.
