Synopsis :  Mrs Bourgeon has decided to marry her youngest daughter to Henri Kemper, a virtuoso pianist and former alcoholic. His drinking problem started when he tried to forget her... and it was because he drank that Gisèle threw him off for Hubert, a wealthy man. The misunderstanding sparks off a riot of family tangles.

So Pierre and Josefa successfully approach the mayor for money.

Synopsis :  Parodi, an entrepreneur based in Milan, goes to Rome to sign a deal with the Chairman of Opus, the Catholic Conservative Party. While he's in the city, Parodi goes to see Maryse, a call-girl plying her trade with two friends in a high-priced building. One misunderstanding leads to the next and Parodi finds himself introducing Maryse as his wife to the Chairman. As it turns out, the conservative leader, a man like any other, shows up at the call-girls' pad and is felled by a heart attack at the sight of Maryse. Now, the body has to be returned to the office to save the man's honor.

However, the doctor reappears and, silence being the better part of valor, nobody peeps, allowing Marcelin to take a trip with his young secretary, believed to be his mistress but who is actually his daughter.

Synopsis :  Some city-dwellers come to settle in a valley in Provence and farm the fallow land. To foster friendly relations between all the villagers, Louise organizes a large outdoor meal. Mathias, a trucker, comes to help. Though they fall in love, they remain independent. Mathias sells his truck and his house to live in a cabin and goes back to his old job, roadman.
