Synopsis :  Successful lawyer Victor realizes that his mother Rivka has never told him anything about the deportation of her Russian Jewish parents. Raised Catholic like their father, Victor and his sister Tania know nothing of their mother's wartime past. Unable to get direct answers from his aged mother, Victor tries to put together the missing pieces of his family history. He traverls with his wife and children to the tiny village where his grandparents were forced to hide during the war.

Synopsis :  Paul Braconnier is going through living hell with his wife, an alcoholic shrew. They are both trying to do away with each other. Paul goes to see a famous lawyer, who unwittingly tells him how to commit the crime. So Paul goes on, kills his wife and gives himself up to the police.
