Synopsis :  Hubert de Tartas' life becomes a complete muddle when his wife's grand father is unearthed after having spent 65 years in frozen hibernation in the polar circle. After being de-frosted, the Hibernating Man believes it is still the beginning of the century. Nothing is spared to keep that illusion alive. Synopsis :  Si le premier volet est historique, le deuxième se veut satirique. Le parti pris est celui de s'amuser avec le côté "paillettes" et festif du Festival de Cannes. Un festival d'élégance, un ballet de décolletés vertigineux, de robes longues ou ultra courtes sur fond d'Offenbach! La musique d'Offenbach souligne le côté un peu désuet de cette partie du public qui se surhabille pour monter les marches. Les invités du Festival, c'est aussi un spectacle!
