After completing a PhD in Literature at the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Media, Art and Creation at HEC Paris, Garance began her career as an international sales executive at Pathé, where she spent four years.
She took her first steps in fiction production in 2018 as a literary consultant at Shine Films (EndemolShine), working alongside Bénédicte Lesage. She then joined Haut et Court, where she spent five years as Literary Director, working closely with producer Caroline Benjo.
Isabelle DEGEORGES
Isabelle Degeorges graduated from the French university “La Sorbonne” in Paris. She has begun her career as a producer at Images et Compagnie in 2001 (Lagardere Group) where she produced TV Movies and series for ten years. She joined Gaumont in 2011 to work with Sidonie Dumas and contribute to the creation of the French Television division.
Clémentine VAUDAUX
Responsible for development at F Comme Film (Jean-Louis Livi) for eight years, Clémentine Vaudaux worked on a number of feature films by Alain Resnais, Noémie Lvovsky and Philippe Le Gay, before going on to develop TV dramas within the organization. In 2014, she left F Comme Film to join Scarlett Production as a Literary Director with Joey Faré.
François PERILLAT
After an initial stint as a freelance production manager, which allowed him to explore all television series formats and a large number of French and foreign broadcasters, and to develop a taste for storytelling, François Perillat joined Gaumont Television in December 2020 with the belief that great stories should be shared with as many people as possible. This vision and passion are part of his daily work as Head of Production.

Michaël GABRION
After ten years as a film journalist, mainly for Canal+ and France Télévisions, Michael Gabrion turned to the literary development of films and series. He completed numerous assignments as a Reader and Development Officer, before joining Scarlett Production in 2018 as Literary Director. In 2021, he joined Gaumont Television, where after one year he became Director of Development. Today, he manages a team of four people with the objective of finding and developing new projects, while accompanying the writing of ongoing series.

Joachim DE VASSELOT
After studying law at Complutense and the Sorbonne (2005) and Sciences Po Paris (2008), Joachim de Vasselot joined La Parisienne d'Images (Gilles Galud) where he stayed for four years as literary director on shows for Canal+ and La Fabrique (Bruno Gaccio). He then worked with Jean-Pierre Guérin for two years on a feature film, before joining Léonis (Endemol group/Jean-Benoît Gillig) in 2014. In 2017, he moved to France 2 as a program advisor where he was in charge of series such as Call My Agent!
Arnaud DE CREMIERS
Arnaud de Crémiers joined Gaumont in late 2014 as a TV producer. In particular, he is currently producing THE ART OF CRIME, a multi episodes crime series taking place in the world of art. In 2018, he won the Prix du Producteur Junior de Télévision (Etoiles de L’Audiovisuel). Prior to joining Gaumont, he was Literary Director at Scarlett Production for four years.

Alexis Barqueiro joined Gaumont Television in 2015 and has since worked on the development and production of several major television projects. In 2022, he produced "Off Season," a crime drama for France Télévisions, followed by "Signal" in 2023, a thriller developed for Paramount+ before producing "Hunter,"
