Synopsis : One night on a road in the South of France Pierre is asked to get into a car. Pierre's curiosity gets the better of him so he traces the woman's license plate to get her address where he finds two sisters. One denies she ever drives at night and the other is paralyzed.

Synopsis : Trapeze artists Hélène and Aldo get married. Aldo informs his wife that he killed a man several years earlier. Certain of her husband's guilt, Helene tells the whole story to the police. Although the condemned man is actually guilty of Alex's murder, the police re-opens the first murder case.
